PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Food Packages system is to register and manage all parties involved with the
distribution and receipt of food packages. A real-time tracking system, linked to QR Codes, en-
sures the status of all parcels along the distribution channel. This is linked to each party respon-
sible for their task in the network. It helps to ensure accountability, transparency and eliminate
corruption.

• Administrators:
Administrators have the ability to add new Organisations, add Packages to the system and
They also have the ability to view all Order Statuses and Package statuses throughout the
whole process.
• Organisations:
Organisations have the ability to add new Team Leaders, approve Orders and/or alter order
They also have the ability to view all Order and Package statuses as it pertains to the Or-
ganisation.
• Team Leaders:
Team Leaders have the ability to create Team Members, create new Orders and receive
Orders.
They also have the ability to view all Order and Package statuses as it pertains to their Team
Members.
• Team Members:
Team members have the ability to add new Clients, receive ordered Packages from the
Team’s storage and deliver it to registered clients.

There are basically 3 processes that the system uses:
• Creation of Users and Clients
• Creation, acceptance of orders

RECEIPT OF ORDER FOR THE TEAM:
Once the Order has reached the Team it must be accepted as part of the Team’s stock. This is
usually done by the Team Leader.
